The BBT chatroom follows a schedule that aligns with the NYSE trading days. It opens at 8 am and concludes at 4 pm, coinciding with the market close. The chatroom operates from Monday to Friday, and it observes NYSE trading days and holidays.

You can access the chatrooms through a web browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox on your computer. If you're using an iOS device like an iPhone or iPad, use Safari, and for Android devices, use Firefox. Alternatively, you can use a mobile app to access the chatroom.
