Lesson Learned from Nasdaq’s 6% Crash

Dear Traders,

Good day everyone!

The global stock market decline picked up speed on Monday, with losses spreading across tech shares and the Nasdaq-100 experiencing its biggest opening drop in more than four years, falling over 6% in the pre-market.

In the chatroom, I mentioned that we should avoid having a short or long bias at the open and instead focus on the opening price action. I posted this in the chatroom announcements.

Just like during the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, when the market gapped down 4% but then rallied over 4% and closed the day in the green, we need to stay flexible and not get stuck in a short or long bias. Watching the opening price action is everything.

As many people saw it Live on YouTube, Jarad and I traded TQQQ and NVDA for a big and easy profit. This volatility is just amazing for traders, but it is important to know how to trade and manage the risk. Watch my recap to learn how Jarad and I managed our risk.

Last week we finished Peak Capital bootcamp, and we had many profitable traders on our $50,000 funded training account. It is an amazing opportunity for people who want to practice trading in real conditions without risking their hard-earned family money.

I highly recommend everyone join the bootcamp or at least get our new $50K funded training account. More information can be found here.

If you want to take your trading to the next level, join our $50K funded trading account.
