NIO gapped up on the daily chart to all time high, in the premarket it kept up-trending. After a huge move in the premarket a sell-off is to be expected. Right at the open, NIO sold off and started forming a reverse ABCD pattern on the 1 minute chart along with 2 min ORBD.
NIO sold off all the way to 7.5 which was the premarket low and it also was extended of the 9 EMA on the 5 minute chart setting up for a parabolic reversal after the hammer on the 1 minute chart.
Around 10:00 NIO tried to break up to the premarket high failing each five minute and closing with upper wicks on the 5 minute chart. Right after the reverse hammer on the 5 minute chart at 10:00 It was a good short for VWAP reversal and a possible VWAP breakout after which it started the downtrend.

Strategy:
  • Reversals (9:37, 11:48, 12:44)
  • Trend continuation (11:05, 12:00)
Trade Analysis:

INO gapped up on the daily chart above a consolidation area which lasted for a couple of months. In the premarket it made $2 move after which a selloff is to be expected. Right at the open it dropped 1$ parabolicly with no pullbacks. New 1 min high was a good entry for a reversal.
After a 3$ move it started pulling back to the 9EMA on the 5 minute chart finding a support there. By 10:40 it started setting up for an ABCD pattern which failed 15 minutes after breaking the C level($17.62). An entry after the hammer at 11:00 would’ve been a good second try for the ABCD pattern which failed before.
Around 11:50 it got so extended of the 9EMA on the 5 minute chart with increasing volume. An entry to the short side after the doji was great for parabolic reversal.

Date : Mon, June 15, 2020    Ticker :  ZM
Strategy:
  • Breakouts (9:31, 9:51)
  • Reversals (10:15)
  • Trend continuation (12:25, 14:15)
Trade Analysis:

ZM gapped up on the daily chart and was set for a breakout of all time high. In the premarket it held above VWAP and all of the moving averages on all the time frames, at the open it dropped 2$ and then immediately got bought back up closing as a hammer setting up for a good 1 minute ORBU on the 1 min chart.
By 9:51 it bounced of the 9EMA on the 5 min chart and set an ABCD pattern on the 1 min chart with an entry of 9:51 (after it made new 1 min high above the previous 4 minutes on the 1 minute chart)
Around 10:00AM it got so extended of the 9 EMA on the 5 minute chart setting up for a parabolic reversal. A good entry was after the doji on the 2 minute chart (10:12) after the next 2 minute candle formed a new low.
By 11:00 the stock dropped all the way to the 9EMA on the 15 minute chart which it held in the premarket and started setting up for an ABCD pattern. After a huge drop, it’s risky to take the first 5 minute high as the stock could simply be forming a reverse ABCD pattern which is why it’s better to wait for a W shape (first low 10:45, second 12:20. Once it made a new 5 minute high after the W shape (12:25) it was set for a long uptrend which continued till the market closed.

Strategy:
  • Breakouts (9:34)
  • Reversals (9:55, 11:02)
  • Trend continuation (10:35)
Trade Analysis:

OXY gapped up on the daily above the consolidation area on the daily chart($19) In the premarket it was up-trending making 1.5$ move which is almost 8% of the stock price. It went all the way up to 21.14 and started selling off before the market open. Right at the open it got bought back up indicating that the stock still has some strength in it; However, that all ended after the red engulfing candle at 9:33. 9:34 was a great entry for a short below the LOD and below the premarket level.
By 9:40 we could start seeing reverse ABCD pattern forming in.
By 9:53 we could see a descending triangle starting to form in with lower highs at 9:32, 9:38, 9:47 and a support area around 20.1. At 9:54 the 1 minute candle closed as a hammer and the very next candle made a new high breaking the descending triangle pattern. Along with that, the stock was extended of the 9EMA on the 5 min chart which made it a good entry for a parabolic reversal.
This reversal made a move all the way up to $20.8 which is below the HOD, after which it never made it back up there; Therefore, the break below VWAP was a decent entry for a short play(Reverse ABCD pattern which started forming in the premarket of the 21.17 level.
The stock dropped after that reverse ABCD pattern parabolically all the way down to $19.4, it was extended from the 9EMA on the 5 minute chart and it formed a hammer on the 1 minute chart. The 11:02 candle was a good entry for a long on a parabolic reversal.

BYND on the daily opened at the breakout area above the consolidation area for the last 3 days. in the premarket it was chopping around VWAP, mostly above all the moving averages. The first minute it opened up red, but closed as a red hammer, the very next minute it closed as a bullish hammer. After having 2 hammers (bullish indication) and the breakout of the premarket level it was set for an A+ 2 minute ORBU.
Around 11:20 after the doji at the HOD and the bullish 5 minute candle which closed so extended of the 9EMA on the 5 minute chart it was set for a reversal on a new 5 minute low.
Around 13:00it broke VWAP, but it didn’t have enough strength to continue through it and ended up closing as a reverse hammer on the 5 minute chart. The very next candle was great for trend continuation to the short side”

Trade Analysis:

AEMD had good news and gapped up 89%, in pre-maket it made a huge move. After such a move, a pullback and profit taking is to be expected, so it’s usual for a stock to pullback after such a huge move. 9:32 it broke the HOD above VWAP but it immediately got sold of. 9:33 was a good entry for a short for a fake VWAP breakout.
By 9:52 the stock has retraced 50%, and kept holding the 9 EMA on the 5 minute chart setting up for an ABCD pattern(A-B in premarket, C the 9EMA, D the new 5 min high)
By 11:55 it got extended from the 9 EMA on the 5 minute chart. On the 5 minute chart as well, it former a reverse hammer. New 5 minute low was a good entry for a reversal play.

At 9:39 SPOT closed at the HOD as a doji after making 10$ move with no pullbacks, and after getting way extended of the 9 EMA on the 5 minute chart setting up for a parabolic reversal at 9:40
After that parabolic reversal it traded in a pennant range for around an hour, until that pennant was finally broken to the long side at 10:36. An entry at 10:37 was great for a breakout of the HOD.
After breaking the HOD, the stock wasn’t strong enough to continue the uptrend and closed as a shooting star on the 5 minute chart at 10:40. New 5 minute low was a good entry for a reversal which established a downtrend till the market close.

By 9:56 it formed a head and shoulders setup with a good entry on the 1 minute chart setting up for a VWAP breakdown, the setup worked out and it started forming a reverse ABCD pattern(A at 9:45, B at 9:58, C10:11, and D the new low, 10:24 would’ve been the perfect entry as it started curling below the 9 EMA on the 1 minute chart and descending above the 200SMA on the 1 minute chart. It then started down trending all the way down till 15:35 where it finally formed a hammer on the 15 minute chart, the 50 SMA crossed over the 9 and the 20 EMA on the 1 minute chart, and made a new 5 minute high which was a good entry for a reversal

After reaching 17.4 the stock started pulling back setting up for an ABCD pattern. After a drop like that, a new high isn’t enough, and it’s better to wait for a W shape pattern for long confirmation(9:50 is the first bottom, 9:55 is the second) The new high at 9:56 was a good entry for a long.
By 10:20 it formed a double top on the 5 minute chart with a second top lower than the first one. The upper wicks on the 5 min chart indicated selling pressure. An entry at 10:25 after the reverse hammer at 10:20 was a good entry for a short.

The second minute opened close to VWAP setting up for a good one minute opening range breakout, after that it kept going straight up offering no entry for a trend continuation all the way till 11:00AM when it got closer to the 9 EMA on the 5m chart and 12:15. The breakout after 12:15 wasn’t as strong as the previous breakout; Therefore, once it dropped down back into the range at 12:55 it started setting up for a reversal.

  • Trend continuation (10:21, 11:05, 14:40)
Trade Analysis:

WORK has been up trending with decent volume for 4 days. Today before the market opened it started selling off. The first minute after the market opened it dropped down with volume setting up for a good one minute ORBD. 9:33, 9:34 and 9:35 held the 200 SMA on the 5 minute chart, along with that it was so extended of the 9 EMA on the 5 minute chart which made the 9:35 candle good entry for a parabolic reversal. By 10:20 It had an M shape set along with a reverse ABCD pattern for a good short play. 11:05 was another parabolic reversal when the stock closed with double dojis at the LOD while being extended of the 9EMA on the 5 minute chart. 15:05 was a good entry to the long side for an abcd pattern.

Date :  Wed, Jun 3, 2020    Ticker :  UAL
Strategy:
  • Breakouts (9:45)
  • Trend continuation (10:25, 14:00)
Trade Analysis:

UAL gapped up on the daily above the consolidation $30 level on the daily chart. In the premarket it held above all the moving averages and VWAP. Right at the open it was chopping sideways and finally sold off below VWAP until it found support at the 200 SMA on the 1 min chart and 50SMA on the 5 min chart. After that it squeezed above VWAP forming new highs on the 5 and 15 min charts. Along with how it behaved in the premarket and the gap up on the daily chart it became a great setup for 15 minute opening breakout after which it started up-trending forming an ABCD pattern on the 5 minute chart at 10:25 and another abcd pattern on 15 min chart at 14:00.

  • Trend continuation (12:00)
Trade Analysis:

Ebay had good earnings and it gapped up more than 10%. In the premarket it made 5$ move with no pullbacks, looking at that parabolic move some might get long biased and look for a long entry; However, after such a strong move a pullback to be expected. Buyers should start taking profits at one time or another. At 9:20 on the 5 minute chart it closed as a shooting star at the high of the day. At the open, it made a new 5 and 15 minute low indicating that a pullback is to come. 9:36 was a good opening range breakdown with a reverse ABCD pattern on the 1 minute chart. By 10:15 it started bouncing of the 9 EMA on the 15 minute chart forming double bottom with second bottom higher than the first one(This indicates that sellers weren’t strong enough to push the price even to the LOD and buyers started taking control. 10:15 with a new 1 minute high was a good entry for a parabolic reversal. By 12:00 EBAY bottomed forming W shape on the 5 and 15 minute chart for an ABCD pattern which started forming in the premarket(A the low of day, B the high of premarket, C the 9 EMA on the 15 minute chart, and D the new 15 minute high.

Trade Analysis:

AAL gapped up on the daily chart above a consolidation area it held for a week below 10.1. In the premarket it traded sideways. Right at the open it squeezed up with volume all the way up to 10:41(Premarket high) It then chopped in a range for 15 minutes. It’s always possible to trade the range to the long side and to the short side; However, Always remember that to go long you need to get in as close as possible to the support and to go short you’d need to do otherwise. Right at 9:44 it broke the premarket high setting up for a good 15M ORBU. 9:54 was a good parabolic reversal as the stock got so extended of the 9EMA on the 5 min chart, formed a shooing star on the 2 min chart, and made a new 2 minute candle. Target on parabolic reversals is usually the 9EMA on the 5 min chart. By 10:40 it formed an ABCD pattern with a good entry to the long side which started an uptrend for the rest of the day. 12:25 was another possible entry for a second leg up.

Trade Analysis:

MGM gapped up with a strong daily chart. In the premarket it was up trending. Before the open it started selling off. At the open it sold off 1$, which could be a lot for 18$ stock. The very next minute it closed as a hammer, it’s been extended of the 9 on the 5 and it was setup for a parabolic reversal. By 9:50 it made a reverse ABCD pattern with an M shape(small double top below 20 ema on the 1 min chart with highs at 9:36 and 9:44). Right when it broke the level of consolidation it was great for a short. 10:30 was also a great reverse ABCD pattern with stop loss above the reverse hammer candle.

Trade Analysis:

TWTR had bad news, on the daily chart it gapped down, at the premarket it kept selling off; However, at the open it got major spike and squeezed the shorts closing above VWAP. Right on the next candle (9:31) It set for 1 minute ORBU. 9:34 was a decent long for an ABCD pattern. By 10:49 it formed small double top on the 1 minute chart, with double shooting stars at the HOD when it was extended of the 9EMA on the 5 minute chart forming a great parabolic reversal. It then kept chopping in a range resisting the 200 SMA on the 5 minute chart until finally around 15:30 it broke the range and started trending down.

Trade Analysis:

MRNA gapped up on good news, before the market opened it started selling off forming sort of descending triangle. At the open it formed good one minute setup for a short and sold off all the way to 76$. It then got so extended from the 9 EMA on the 5 min chart forming a good parabolic reversal. The 15 min chart closing as a hammer also formed a good reversal pattern. Between 10 and 11:30 it was consolidating in a range forming higher low waves and forming a descending triangle. An entry around 11:45 on a new 15 min high was good for a breakout.

Trade Analysis:

WMT gapped up on the daily chart, the premarket wasn’t so strong, it wasn’t weak either so I was long biased on it. Before the market opened it started selling off, so there was no decent long setup and it was simply curling below the 9 EMA on the 1 min chart. After the first minute candle closed, WMT wasn’t suitable for a long because of it being below all the MA’s, and it wasn’t a good short either because of the hammer which showed some kind of strength. Around 9:35 it started holding 129$ area forming two hammers after which it was suitable for a long scalp play as it formed a parabolic reversal. By 10:15 it formed an M shape pattern with a reverse ABCD pattern which established a downtrend for the rest of the day.

Trade Analysis:

LOW had earnings, it gapped up, but in the premarket it was selling off slightly which caused it to be below all the moving averages before the market opened. Right at the open it sold off 2$ which was a huge move and because of that it wasn’t a great candidate for 1 min ORBD. By 9:35 it started forming reverse ABCD pattern on the 1 min chart with a 5 minute ORBD. 9:55 it held above the 200 SMA on the 5 min chart, it also was enough extended from the 9EMA on the 5 min chart making it a good candidate for a parabolic reversal with an entry around 9:59.

Trade Analysis:

NCLH was consolidating around $13.15 area for 3 days, today it gapped up a bit above the consolidation area. In the premarket it was trading sideways, but it held above all of the moving averages. Looking at the daily and at the premarket behavior one would get long bias, the short play wasn’t in mind because of the support levels below. At the open it started dropping down and then it got bought back up closing as a hammer on the 1 min chart. On the second candle it closed forming lower high but higher low as well. 9:32 candle was a great cadnle for an ORBU setup based on the daily, premarket action, and the 2 minute candle. 13:45 was a daily level from 18th of May, after the 2 min ORBU it kept going higher all the way to that daily level and got extended from the 9 EMA on the 5 min chart forming a great parabolic reversal setup. By 9:50 it started forming an ABCD pattern on the 5 min chart along with 15 min ORBU along with W shape on the 1 min chart making a great setup to the long after which it started the uptrend.

Trade Analysis:

ROKU gapped down below support area on the daily on a reverse ABCD pattern. Looking at the daily, it shows that ROKU is on a weak pattern. In the premarket it was trading above VWAP but still below major MA’s. Because of that, looking for weak pattern was a decent idea. At the open, it squeezed to the long side, but couldn’t close above the MA’s on the first minute showing weakness. on the second candle it closed as a doji after which it set a decent entry to the short side. Around 10:00 it formed reverse ABCD bouncing of the 9EMA on the 5 min chart. New 5 min low after the doji was a good entry. 10:29 was a good entry for a long for a parabolic reversal pattern since it got extended of the 9 EMA on the 5 min chart forming small double bottom on the 1 min chart.

INO broke above the consolidation area and was strong on the daily chart. In the premarket it was relatively strong. Right at the open it sold off, 9:35 looked like a good ORBD candle; However, the short failes and it squeezes above VWAP forming an engulfing candle on the 5 min chart(Engulfing crack setup. 9:41 after the hammer it was a good long and entry for the engulfing crack setup, 9:48 decent ABCD pattern. 10:15 We could see a head and shoulders setup after which INO starts trending down.

Trade Analysis :

INO has been strong for around a week, today on the daily chart it’s been extended of the 9 EMA. Usually when I see that I expect a pullback, so today I was short biased on it, that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’ll drop at the open, nor it means that it’ll drop later on the day, just an idea how to trade it. At the open it drops the first minute 40 cents, after that it gets squeezed above VWAP forming a good hammer on the 5 min chart and a good 5 min ORBU. Between 9:35 and 9:40 it holds a level below 14.1 with selling pressure wicks, right on a new 2 min low and after the 1 min shooting star it offer good short opportunity. 10:15 it pullbacks to the 50 SMA on the 5 min chart formin reverse ABCD pattern

It formed a good 2 min ORBU, and after that a decent 5 min ORBU with bearish engulfing sandwitch on the 1 min chart. It started topping out below the daily level 9.92 making lower high waves. There it was possible to short it, but it wasn’t a great setup. After 10:30 it started setting up for an uptrend forming an ascending triangle which started a strong uptrend till the market close
