Semiconductor Sell off
The market is experiencing another volatile day. It sold off heavily at the Open, but bounced back around lunch time. As I am writing these words, the market is almost flat, but who knows how it will end.
I suffered a heavy loss trading a bounce on stocks in the semiconductor sector (e.g., SOXL and NVDA). This sector is under much pressure because of potential restrictions on semiconductor sales to China and Taiwan. SOXL is now trading near $8, down from its high of around $90 per share. Wow!
You can watch the recap that Brian and I posted here.
Our live in-person workshop is almost sold out! I am amazed at how our traders have responded to this full-day event. There are still a few spots left though. I am looking forward to seeing many of you in Fort Lauderdale on November 2. We have received a very discounted room rate of $165 per night at the Westin, should you want to join with us and require a room. If you are interested, please RSVP here.
This week at Bear Bull Traders is full of webinars on the key elements of training – technology, psychology, and strategy – along with three different mentorship opportunities on Thursday. For the complete list of presentations, you can check out our Webinars page here.
