Work From Home is Dead
I hope you are all well and have been trading safely this week. I am in Bali, Indonesia for a week-long retreat to decompress and rest before I head back to Vancouver to start trading and working again. I am still processing the experience I had on Everest and working to become a different person.
There is something special and unique about Nepal. I don’t know what it is. You always feel happy and content there. People are amazingly kind. You feel like you have known them for years. Crime is unheard of and you feel safe and welcomed everywhere you go. I think everyone must go to Nepal at least once in their lifetime. There is so much to do there, from rich cultural heritage that belongs to not only Nepal but to humanity as a whole, to incredible treks, climbs, wildlife, and so on. Here is the last picture I took in Nepal after my expedition was done. Thank you, Nepal!
This morning, I missed trading, but Thor, Brian, and Paras all held down the fort for me.
Megan, one of our experienced mods, recently made a video talking about John’s favorite strategy, Break of High of Day. There have been so many opportunities like this as the market is going up. If you want to take advantage of these moves, make sure to watch this video here. Megan does an exceptional job explaining how the Break of High of Day works, and how to trade successfully with it.
Onto the markets, yesterday, Zoom released its earnings and raised its guidance slightly. If you ever wondered what the market thinks about “work from home”, whether it is a fad or a trend that will stay, look no further than Zoom’s stock! It is now trading below its 2019 level! Here in Bali, a lot of people claim they are digital nomads, working remotely from where they want to be. I personally believe working from home is overrated and not efficient, especially for creative work.
Speaking of being next to each other, I want to extend my invite again to all who can join us in NY. We are working on a surprise guest speaker who will be attending, and we also have the amazing Créde traveling from Ireland to deliver a special presentation! It will truly be a remarkable event in the heart of downtown NYC. Make sure to get your ticket and don’t miss out all the education and fun!
Thank you all! I hope you all have a great trading week.
To your success,
